Demand was exceptionally high for design services this year, with a lack of travel, and lots more time to contemplate home improvement. Aside from the chaos of stop-start home schooling, lockdowns, random isolations and construction delays, we still managed to design through the chaos. The best way through tough times is to plan ahead, and even in lockdown; you can't ban a plan!
